Refund policy
Taco Viking products are made print-to-order. That means I make them when you order them (or I request one of my print partners to make one when you order it).
The reason I mention that is becuse I don't generally accept returns for buyer's remorse. But, the world is a dumpster fire, so sometimes bad things happen to good art.
Refund or Exchange Policy
If your product arrives damaged or if it comes from a print partner in really crap shape, it makes me look bad. I figure I can make you like me again by buying your love back through a refund or exhange.
If your product is damaged or misprinted, please:
- Report It ASAP: Notify me within 30 days of ordering or 14 days of delivery (whichever is later). You can email me at info@tacovikingstudios.com
- Pics Please: Please provide images of the damage or misprint. This helps me prevent it from happening again and gives me something I can throw at my print partners.
Once you email me, I'll do what needs doing. Which means:
- Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will reprint and resend the item at no additional cost to you.
Please note, Taco Viking Studios reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
Non-returnable Items: As all our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or error on our part. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with design, color, or personal preferences.
